UW-Madison DoIT KnowledgeBase
The UW KnowledgeBase (KB) is a web-based service that enables authors to easily create, display, share and manage information. The KB provides institutions, departments and other interested groups with a central location to store and maintain content which can be shared within the group and/or publicly. The overarching goal of the KB is information sharing and collaboration among KB Partners and stakeholders. The KnowledgeBase is also intended to empower end users to easily find information themselves.
WorldCat Resource Sharing Borrowing (Register)

This workshop focuses on the basic procedures needed to create and manage an ILL borrowing request on OCLC’s WorldCat Resource Sharing (WCRS) service. Topics include an overview of the FirstSearch interface, the basic ILL cycle, creating Constant Data records, creating ILL borrowing requests, and simple management of ILL requests.
